I guess I'm lucky to have gotten this far along in my pregnancywithout any weird comments.
I'm walking through the mall, and hear a random lady gasp
Lady: wow, I love your bump!
Me: thanks
Lady: you look great, you're carrying him all in front. It is a boy right?
Me: uh, yes he is
Lady: I thought so. I could tell by the excess hair on your face
Me:
Nevermind me, I'm too distracted by my mini-carrots to think properly

Her: I could tell. GD always happens in boys. That's goin to be a 12 pounder!
Me: I don't have GD? And, my OB is thinking 6-8?
Her: goodness! Must just be a lot of weight gain!
(Note: I've gained 22lbs, net)

I've had two...
The first happened about a month ago.
Stanger: Wow, you're due any day right??
Me: No, I've still got about 6 weeks or so til my due date.
Stranger: Are you having twins?!
Me: No, I'm just that big I guess...
Second, was last week.
Check-out lady: Wow....you're about to explode!!!
I just wanted to respond with, "So are you!" I held back though but I really think people just don't think around pregnant women. Funny but not surprising fact about both of these occurances: I was at Walmart.
W.T.F.
Who says that to someone, I just do not get why people think they can say whatever they want to a pregnant woman.
Yeah, folks are just rude now-a-days! It's like "think before you speak" people! I had one that could be taken either way.
I forgot where I was, or who I was talking to, but the lady was like "When's the baby due?" I said, "Anytime." She was like, "What are you having?" I was like, "A boy." She was like, "Yeah, you look like a boy.." I was thinking my stomach or ME? ha, ha
I TRY not to take anyone's comments or stares to heart. Just think about that beautiful little baby that's soon to come and ignore the rest
