pineapple core?

anyone else resort to eating  the pineapple core? 

I have a week and 5 days to convince LO to come out before the pitocin gods force him out.  

I've tried walking, yoga ball, sex, labor cookies, and yes, I even went walking under the super moon.  So I figure the pineapple is next on my crazy list! haha

    I heard that you would have to eat equivalent to 6 entire pineapples to start anything... I dont know about you... but after about one whole pineapple, I start to get heartburn, and my mouth is so tore up from all the acid in it...

    but... GL with natural inductions!!! Keeping fingers crossed something will work out!

    I usually eat it with my pineapple anyway becasue of the way I cut it... However, I read somewhere that you would have to eat massive amounts for it to do anything. At least its a yummy and healthy natural "old wives tale"

    I'm a dirty lurker (a May 2011 mom) I went into labor after 2 days of pineapple. It was only one pineapple and I didn't finish the whole thing. Good Luck!
