I use my alot to help with back pain. I lay the top half of my body on it and get on my knees and let my belly hang down and then I do back stretches (pull my belly upward and then let it hang down again. It helps alot. I'm definitely gonna take it to the hospital to help with pain.
Bouncing is good. Hip circles, stretches, swaying your hips from side to side, etc... All good.
I had planned to take mine to the hospital, but when labor came, the only thing I wanted to do was stand, lean on a wall and rock my hips side to side, so... I ended up leaving the ball at home.

I love mine!! I've used it for a desk chair for months. It really helps with back pain. I like to watch a TV show on Netflixs and bounce a bit and sway my hips in circles to try and move that baby down!!
I also have used it with this pregnancy pilates video. She has some great moves but it can make you really sore! But it gives you ideas on how to move your hips and such.
I sit on mine when I am doing laundry! LOL We have front loaders, and due to room contraint reasons, we don't have them on pedestals, so now that I'm pregnant, it's a PITA to move things from the washer to the dryer. So I roll in the ball, and it's much easier!
