Skin changes

Did anyone?s skin change pp? I just recently weaned (2 weeks ago & AF visited last week). Now I look like a teenager with this breakout I have going on. Any suggestions? Is it just a change in hormones?

I have had 2 people comment about me looking too young to be married and one lady even shook her head and walked away when she found out I have a son. Stick out tongue

oh my goodness. I get the same thing. DH and I both look like we're in HS though. Will be good when we're older

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one! Did you change anything after you noticed changes happening? Did anything help?

Not acne, but the texture (less elastic) and I'm starting to see a couple of very fine wrinkles. I turned 31 in March. I guess 31 was the tipping point for my skin. But, I do think some of it has to do with lack of sleep, lack of hydration, and hormones too.

I'm broken out, too. I never thought about it correlating with starting to wean, but maybe you have a point...

I had acne sooo bad for probably 5 months or so after having lo. I thought it was just pregnancy hormones but it took so long to go away! I look very young to begin with so it didn't help anything. I was at work one day and a customer actually said it looked like someone punched me in the face because I had such a huge zit on my forehead. I would never say something like that to a pregnant person!

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one! Did you change anything after you noticed changes happening? Did anything help?

The only thing I do differently is wash my face 3 times/day instead of twice. I don't know fi it helps or not, but I don't know what else to do

People are so rude! I wouldn't say that to someone who wasn't pregnant!

It all happened quickly, stopped pumping + AF 4 days later and then I became a zitzilla. DH pointed out it was probably hormones. Stick out tongue

Not acne, but I had a mole on my leg that changed. I went to the dermatologist for it to be looked at and had to get it removed. Turned out it was precancerous and I had to have more of the surrounding tissue removed. Derm said it was probably from pregnancy and all the hormone changes.
