ambien?

how much ambien is safe while bf?  was given rx of 10mg but woke up so I took another half pill and am now worried about bf....so I took 15mg should I pump and dump?

    I responded on BFing board.  I think you don't need to pump and dump... but if Ambien doesn't work for you, there are other things you can try.  I have a lot of experience with insomnia, PPD, and PPA (and I'm a Psychotherapist) so please page me if you want to talk more. I'm around on this board and BFing.
