What is this pain?! Thoughts?

So I was sitting watching tv with DH and I got up to put out the garbage (all was fine at that point) suddenly as we stood there in the kitchen talking I got this pain like somebody tried to shove a hot poker up my hooha but missed and hit me about an inch to the left. Now when I stand still my lady parts tingle in the way your leg does when it's asleep but with pain, and when I walk it's with a limp because it causes shooting pain all in that area and aroud my hip. Did I pull something taking out the garbage and have a delayed reaction to it? What is goig on? This killllllls!!!

It really sounds like round ligament pain? I've had it like that when I got up weird once. I didn't realize it until it was too late, it ached for awhile! But eventually it did go away. You probably moved awkwardly and the weight of your belly pulled something a bit more than it has before!

This is without a doubt what my doctor refers to as Lightening Crotch (feels like lightening bolts in your hoo-ha, doesn't it?)!! I asked about this several weeks ago...the weight of the baby is putting a lot of pressure on your somatic nerves and if it catches wrong it will stop you dead in your tracks. I have it ALL the time nowadays (I'm 39 w 6 d). It gets worse the more you walk, but occasionally when the baby shifts while you're sitting. No worries--just a growing baby

Thanks ladies; the pain tapered this morning but my hip still hurts
