I was busy all day at work but noticed a missed call on my cell. It was a number I didn't recognize, but from an area not far away. They left a voice mail. Finally around 4:15, I took a minute and checked it. Guess who? BRU calling to REMIND me of "the big day approaching" and something about help updating my registry.
I had emailed them a month ago to explain they needed a better way to delete registries online because I couldn't find a "delete" like on other places. They said they were sorry and said my registry was deleted. LIARS. Needless to say I lost my sh!# right there in my office. I ran out to my car and let it all out. My "work wife" called BRU and gave them a piece of her mind.
I am really upset that a company that ONLY deals in babies would be so negligent. Wouldn't they have encountered this before? They just lost a customer.
