My daughter is 10 months old. From the beginning she slept through the night 6 hour stretches. For the past month she has been going up in the middle for the night. By this point her diaper has already been changed, she has been feed, so she should be good to go back to sleep. Any ideas on her to get her to go back to sleep? She is either wide awake or falls asleep in our arms and when we put her down wakes up crying or screaming again. We thought at first another tooth might be coming through but it has been a couple weeks now.
Any ideas? Or how do you get your little one to go back to sleep in the middle of the night?
Re: Trouble Sleeping at night
So is she crying awake or just awake? I swear my LO wakes about every hour all night. She squeals when she rolls over, I hear her talking to herself etc. I dont' get her/care/do anything about it until she cries. Even with crying I wait ten minutes. 99% of the time she falls back asleep on her own.
Mine wakes up for a 3am bottle, but I don't care. She's a good sleeper otherwise and goes to bed at 7ish...lol..so I do think she's hungry. She also takes her bottle and back to bed. However, if I change her or look at her she's overstimulated and then it's a bit harder.
