Hey Bumpies!
I recently pulled my hamstring in my yoga class. :-( I'm pretty physical and before pregnancy I might tweek a muscle here and there... but recovery was never too long. It's been almost 2 weeks and I can still barely walk!
Does anybody have any experience with injuries while pregnant? Does it take longer because of the pregnancy...? Or maybe I just hurt myself a lot more than I thought....
I know I can't take ibuprofen... but tylenol does nothing for me. I've been icing & rest... but whenever I try to exercise again it flares up! Advice?

I am a jazzercise instructor and hurt my back about a month ago. I too did the ice/heat, and it did take about 3 weeks for me to completely recover and be able to teach again. My doc did perscribe me Tylenol 3. That did help, so maybe look into that. They also can refer you to physical therapy.
