We are switching daycares and our new daycare provider does not pre mix formula. Right now DS usually takes 8 oz (sometimes less) but with the Playtex bottles we use it is really hard to mix 8 oz. Does anyone have any reccomendations for similar bottles that hold a little more and make for easier mixing?

I use Avent bottles that come in the 9oz size. We put the water in, add formula, and shake it to mix it. Works well for us.

I use MAM bottles. They go up to 11 oz, so there's plenty of room for mixing.

My sis loves playtex ventaire wide bottles. I believe the nipples are the same or really similar to drop-ins.
