XP Birthday party idea: need opinions

For the kids birthday party (we're doing 1: DD was born 8/1 and DS was born 7/28) we're going with a John Deere themed party.

Both of them is getting a little cake for themselves. 

 We've been debating what we're going to to do for a dessert for everyone else.

We find that when we do a sheet cake we're left with a bunch of left over cake no one wants.

So I was thinking of going with the John Deere theme and making dirt cups for everyone else.

in case you don't know what a dirt cup is its more or less chocolate pudding, crushed Oreo and gummy worms.

    My first thought is 'no cake at a birthday party?' but then my next thought is that I love dirt cups and haven't had them in a very long time.

    Maybe make a smaller cake and some dirt cups and let people choose what they would like.

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    We're doing two desserts. A cake and something else (maybe orange brownies?). The cake isn't that big, a 1/4 sheet (serves 20) and we'll have about 23 people.
