I saw your DC reimbursement post on WM. I fogot you mentioned your issues with them? Has it been worked out now. I am so afraid to start down that road b/c I hate to be stressed out!

The most recent has been reimbursed in a timely fashion for a change with no denials. However, this has required extra work in order for this to happen - our benefits specialist submits them directly to our customer service manager on that hand....the person who is directly handling our account, thereby cutting out the middle man. Creates more work for her. I can tell you to (and I may have mentioned this previously) I am by far not the only problem here to have problems with reimbursement...be it dependent care or health care. I think a lot of it has to do with the company managing it for us. And highly doubtful I would ever consider doing this again.
