I feel dumb even writing this. I don't know if it's my mommy brain or what, but I can't think. Anyway, I bought some lovely sirloin steaks this am and threw them in some marinade to BBQ tonight for dinner. DH just informed me he has to work for his dad when he gets of work. Tomorrow he works 12-9pm so won't be home for dinner. I'm not gonna BBQ for just me, so what can I do with them? Can I throw them in the freezer with marinade on them? This ends the dumb question.
Re: Really dumb food handling question (NBR)
I agree, unless they were previously frozen, in which case I would cook them and then freeze them for use a at a later date.

Or leave them in the marinade in the fridge overnight and cook them tomorrow?
