nursing and sports bras for running

After much review, I was going to order the moving comfort fiona bra.  Would you suggest to order it to size or to size it down a bit for extra support.  I never had too much to worry about in that department before pregnancy so your advice would be great!

    I have one that I wear when pregnant/nursing and I'd say it's true to size. I don't have any that are my 'regular' non-nursing size though, so I can't compare apples to apples, so to speak. My 'regular' sports bras are Champion.
