::rockpaperlove::

You asked me in my post below the 'secret' to my ER count.  I have to say it was a lot of things;

1 - New RE (same RE office) who specializes in PCOS
   - Started taking Triveen PNV, it's generic for PreQue10 - Per new RE
   - Also on Synthroid & Metformin

2 - Protocol was Long Lupron as usual, but with many changes;
   - 2 cycles of bcp (beyaz) instead of 1 cycle w/some brand/generic name I do not remember
   - Higher dose of Lupron (10) this time until stims then it was dropped to 5 (in the past, it has always been 5)
   - Used Follistim instead of Gonal-F (this was my choice)
   - Took 300iu of Follistim daily, never did this before (other cycles I would start off with a high dose for 2-3 days then they would cut back until trigger)
   - Used Luveris instead of Menopur (per the RE)
   - Dexamethazone (I have used before)
   - I did coast for 2 days b/c of my very high E2 level before I triggered (this usually happens to me)
   - During the 2 days of coasting, I took a shot of Ganerelix each night
   - The night of my trigger I started taking the generic form of Dostinex, which is Cabergoline
   - And tonight I start taking Lovenox, Estrace and Crinone

I think that's everything.  Hope I was some help?  Let me know if you have any other questions.
