Diaper split open

J sleeps in Pampers Baby Dry with 12 hour protection. Well, last night I put the diaper on before he fell asleep at 7:00. I guess the extra 1/2 hour did him in, because when he woke up at 7:30 this morning the side of the diaper split open and all of the pee-soaked crystals spilled out all over the changing table. Thankfully I wasn't changing him on our carpet. Those things are sticky!! I ended up just putting him in the bath because they were all over his legs.

No real point to this post. I just thought it was weird!

dang! I've seen a stray crystal here or there but never a whole diaper bust.

oh no. We had an exploded diaper but it was because she was sitting in her baby pool.

We use the pampers over night and they work much better then the baby dry.

Ha! I re-tried a cup with a straw yesterday, and he LOVED it. He drank twice as much water as normal (which is still not a lot, but way more than other days). I was expecting a leak, but not a completely busted diaper!!

yeah, i've had this happen too with dd1. she was a bit older, and walking around, and i realized that something was wrong with her shorts. the diaper had come apart inside of her shorts and was all bunched up... it was very funny looking! at least the bits of diaper were contained.
