It's clear from those pictures that your dog has negative energy and would be a terrible influence on other dogs. You should probably keep him confined at all times unless you medicate him.

I have a Jack Russle Border Collie mix. I don't know how that worked exactly but it resulted in a dog with the torso of the larger dog but the leg length of the smaller dog. But I guess my point is... they find away. He has been courting a bouvier next store. I would love to see what that mix would look like lol.
