Frustrated with management!

I work where we have no formal HR (non-profit) and this is starting to look like deja vu..not to mention piss me off a little.

Last year when management sent around reviews, we never got them. I was frustrated as these were self reviews (and then we meet with management) and that I had taken the time to write mine up.

About 3 weeks ago they sent around new reviews and again we were told when we needed them in. Once again, I write mine up. They even sent around a schedule of when we would be meeting. But 30 minutes before meeting, my supervisor comes up and tells me they can't meet and don't know when they are rescheduling it (when I asked why she couldn't even give me a straight answer). I still haven't heard anything as of last Friday when I asked again.

I guess what also upsets me is on one occasion, something very important came up where I work so I had to reschedule a non formal meeting with someone. We met the day after we were supposed to. My boss basically wrote me up for doing so...and now I feel like they are doing this to me....feels like a big slap to the face IMO. I would love to just say something to them about this, but that probably wouldn't be smart.

    Yes I was written up for that (stupid huh!?!). Our budget is very cruddy and my personal opinion is they are trying to look for ways to get rid of people.

    Plus when they wrote me up, they didn't have a whole lot of their facts straight (which I did call them on). They tried to write me up for something else, but I have email documentation to disprove what they said.

    I am so sick of this and have been looking for something new, but I am always over qualified or under qualified it seems like.

    I have a binder where I am keeping records of everything in case something happens, but it still ticks me off that they have no sense of management skills.

    You're doing what's right and it's a total PITA I agree. Is there a board of directors or owner of this non profit organization?
