Jelly Belly

Does anyone have advice for getting rid of that post-pregnancy jelly belly?  I asked my bff, whose a mother of two and runs marathons, and she suggested 100 crunches per day.  What are you all doing?  By the way, I would love the answer that it just magically goes away after 3 months :)

    If you want to help it out, yes, exercise will help.  I remember mine subsiding around 3-4 months, but it really wasn't gone until 9 mos- 1 year

  • I have a jelly belly too!! I've never experienced it before pregnancy so its really bothering me. I'm only 6 weeks post c section and plan on starting P90x in about 2-3 weeks.

    I have never had a belly before and I still have a little one now.  I tried doing crunches but thought it was really difficult with that fat in the way!  The fat was making it impossible to do the thing that gets rid of the fat!  So I started using one of those ab rollers things.  (A little wheel with handles on the sides.)  Hopefully, that will help...plus it is a good upper back workout too.
