Does anyone have advice for getting rid of that post-pregnancy jelly belly? I asked my bff, whose a mother of two and runs marathons, and she suggested 100 crunches per day. What are you all doing? By the way, I would love the answer that it just magically goes away after 3 months

If you want to help it out, yes, exercise will help. I remember mine subsiding around 3-4 months, but it really wasn't gone until 9 mos- 1 year
