Hi, I am currently trying to read Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child and am having difficulty getting through it bc it has such long explanations. I am looking for a shorter more precise read to try to get my LO to STTN. Thanks for your suggestions!

Re: Please recommend a sleep book
I think you have the right book (I've read at least 6 others). Weissbluth is an MD and a life-long researcher on infant sleep at one of the best hospitals in the country. Just read his summaries at the ends of chapters--or the bold captions. That's sufficient. He repeats himself a lot so don't worry if you miss half. His book is not a mantra and not a philosophy--but actual practices that have worked on thousands of infants he has studied. I think it's the most "real" book out there.
