My LO is about 14.5 lbs and we are still in size 1, They still fit and he isn't leaking and I have too many, so we are going to go as long as we can. I don't want to waste any
I think when you go up a size they always seem big. It takes a week or so to get used to putting on a bigger diaper. My little guy is a peanut and he has been in size twos for several weeks now. (He has been in the 8th percentile for weight)
Wow, I wish we could just now be moving to 2's...we're about to head to 3's. My LO is a chunky monkey...and I'm ok with that, lol! Hey, I say if 1's still truly fit, stick with them as you get more for the same price!
We're getting ready to move size 2s in another day or so. DD is about 13.5 lbs and the 1s are getting too tight. I expect the 2s will seem a little big for a few days.
I moved DS to size 2 maybe a week or so ago. He wasn't having any blowouts and these ones seem a little big, however the ones left bad red marks around his legs. DS is 14 lbs so I figured we should go up a size anyway.
Re: Put LO in size 2's...
Wow - I WISH we were in size 2s still! LO started blowing those out regularly about 3 weeks ago so we moved up to size 3s.
We've got a chubby bunny on our hands though - he just hit the 15lb mark!
