Bm didn't give ss his meds

He just got home a little whiile ago with his empty pill case and cried when he told us how she threw his pills away. We are waiting to hear back from our attorney now

    honestly, I can't say I'm surprised.  I'm sorry that it happened.  did she throw them all away or did you only send what he needed for the weekend?

    We only sent enough for the weekend. We have emailed her three times now and she is ignoring us. Yes the attorney is planning in coming dowb hard in her, he has advised us not to send him to her next weekend, and we await his plan today on a tpo and subsequent hearing. Yes he is very confused, he can't understand why his mother who is a nurse and who treats sick people is refusing to treat him, he told me last night that she must not care about him getting better and he doesn't want to go back If she won't let him take his pills Poor little guy
