ET done - 2 on board
Thanks everyone, for your support this week. It really means a lot to me to know you're thinking about me.
My ET went great. We had three good looking embryos, and decided to transfer 2. And my personal doc did the transfer, which made me so happy. At my clinic, you get whatever doctor is on duty that day for your procedure, so it was just luck I got her.
I was jittery, but DH looked funny in his plastic overalls and hat and made me laugh a lot. The transfer was fast, and how cool is it that you get to see them going in?
Afterward, my doc gave me a picture of the 2 embryos, the lid to the dish they were in with my name written on it, and my wristband. I thought that was sweet.
They'll let me know if any of the additional embryos make it to freezing.
Now I just wait. We have a house guest this weekend, so I can't sit around and worry, which is good. And I'll be busy at work for the next 2 weeks. Hopefully it flies by.

Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
