Timing question re scheduled c-sections

DD came several days before she was scheduled, so I'm not sure how it works timing wise if a baby arrives by scheduled c-section.  If you had a scheduled c-section, about how early did you have to be at the hospital for pre-op?  TIA.

    I just got my paperwork from the doctor yesterday.  We have to be there 2 hours prior to.

    I had to be there at 6:30a for an 8:30a scheduled OR time.  DS was born at 9:03am.

    With DS2, My c/s was at 830am and I had to be there at 630am. With this one, it's at 815am so I have to be there at 615am.

    DS's c/s was scheduled for 8 am, and we had to be there at 5:30 am (I think). I ended up being pushed back and had him at noon.

    Mine was scheduled for 8:30am and we had to be there at 6:00am.  Of course we didn't actually go to the OR right at 8:30 but they were on schedule and we went back not too long after that.
