I am so cool seeing a movie by myself on Friday night

So SO is driving me nuts and being a jerk, so since he is off of work tonight , he gets to be on baby duty and I get to watch the avengers in 3d by myself. I feel a bit like a loser but I don't really care and I can't wait to see it haha.

    I enjoy going to the movies alone, I find it relaxing.  Enjoy your solo time!

    ETA:  I saw it last Sunday and it was awesome!

    That's usually what I do for my alone time. I've given up on feeling weird about it. And of course if DH wants to watch a movie he is stuck going alone for now too. Enjoy the movie, DH tells me it's awesome.

    Right now, I'd do it. The thought of two uninterrupted hours of free time watching a movie by myself sounds amazing. I'd sneak in some wine if I were you.

    I think I've only be to the movies by myself like once before, but it sounds wonderful these days! Hope you had a good time!

    I am jealous! I have only been out alone (no DH or DD) about 4 times since she was born (not including quick errands). Sad, I know! I am hoping MIL will be up for watching DD while DH and I catch The Avengers tomorrow afternoon. Is it wrong that I want my Mothers Day present to be a date with my hubs? :-/

    You are so not a loser! I would give my right arm to leave LO with DH and go see a movie all by myself! We have a 21 & over theater in our town where they serve you beverages and food...that's where I would go. Oh, and then have DH come pick me up since I probably wouldn't be able to drive myself afterwards Stick out tongue

    I did that once when DH and I were engaged. He pissed me off, so when ihe dropped me home, I got in the car and went to see the other boleyn girl. It was also his birthday. Hehe. He still doesn't know.
