TTC after 35

I guess AF decided to be a bit considerate (BFN)

Started spotting yesterday (CD28).  Was all worried about doing a HPT on Mother's Day, so I guess my body took care of that.  Did an HPT this morning though because DH is a huge POAS pusher.  Just handed him the test before results popped up and went back to bed.  He came in and said "this kid is soooo grounded for making us wait another month".

If I see another flipping stork, I may lose it.  We were talking to our neighbors on Wednesday night when a stork flew maybe 10 feet above my head.  I didn't say anything but everyone else did.  DH says I need to be nicer to the storks and start carrying fish.  Sigh.

  • Ugg, I'm so sorry, at least it sounds like you both have a good sense of humor about it. It's better to just laugh than cry since you have so little control over what happens anyway..

  • BFNs suck.

I think if the storks are holding out because you're not carrying fish around for them, then they need to get their act together! Jerks.

I do love that your DH is sensitive enough to be supportive in both public and private situations.

I'm so sorry for the dang BFN! But I totally agree with PPs that you and hubby have a great sense of humor about it all.

I'm trying to hold out until Friday to POAS. I haven't had many "pregnancy type" symptoms and I've really been trying not to psych myself out, but I'm scared to see AF rear her ugly head.

FX for you on your next cycle!!
