The only explanation I can come up with is ...

BM has serious boundary issues. We just returned from our visit with SS and BM just finds new ways to amaze me. The first three days she just showed up to where ever we were with SS but only after she made demands that DH "pick up four bottles of moscato and a pack of cigarettes" for her. My personal favorite is when she showed up to a BBQ DHs family was throwing for us and asked me infront of everyone "are you on birth control?" and "when can you have a baby so you can just leave me and SS alone?" I just dont understand why she still comes around even after being asked not to and why she insists on talking about her and DH relationship the whole time. I almost feel sorry for her.

    I mean, I've read your posts so I know a bit of your history and I know BM is a piece of work, but if there is a BBQ being held at a private, family home, and she shows up uninvited, why was she allowed to stay long enough to ask such akward questions and create such a scene?

    She does have some major boundary issues. I just hope you guys never give into her demands. The stepson himself should be reason enough for her to show.

    I agree she never should have been invited in the first place.

    LOL about the 4 bottle of moscato and cigs. What a weirdo! I agree w/ PP, next time she shouldnt know the exact info of the party or whatever. How bizarre.

    The BBQ was held in the front yard of DHs cousins home. The cousins son plays baseball with SS so I know the cousins wife knows BM. I am thinking that she invited BM or maybe BM just saw the BBQ on her drive home from work.
