Those with the Amber Teething Necklace..

Does it really work? In what ways did you notice a difference? Is it something that will last yrs.?  Please tell me all about your experience with the Amber teething necklace..

Also I found this one on ebay,  do you thinks its the real deal or a knock off?

    I use one, but I don't really think it does a whole lot...or maybe it works wonders and I'll never know because I am too nervous to let DD go without it. DD doesn't even notice it is on. I tested mine on the stove to see if it was real. I have a flat top and I laid a section on the burner and smelled a pine scent, so I think it is real. If it was plastic it would have melted. I paid around $20.

    I'm ordering one for my son.  Based on the price alone listed, it's probably real. 

    FWIW, they're cheaper elsewhere.  Amazon and Hazelaid.com

    With DD's first tooth, it was 2 days of hell.  I didn't want to give her Tylenol all the time but I felt like I was.  She didn't like cold things, so frozen teethers didn't work.  Teething tablets and the natural Orajel didn't either.  So I went and bought one for like $20 at a local baby boutique.  Her 2nd tooth popped through and I didn't even know until it was out.  Her first top tooth was rough, but not as rough as the first bottom tooth.  The 2nd top tooth was fine and she got another bottom tooth and I didn't even know.  She's working on her top eye teeth now, and she is a little fussy sometimes, but nothing horrible.

    So I don't really know if it helps or not, but I keep it on her everyday just in case it does.  I have no idea how to tell if one is fake or not.

    I swear by ours. I didn't put it back on him after his bath twice. After STTN for weeks he was up 2x that night. Then when I did it again he was up 4x after usually being up only 2x.

    I wouldn't buy it on ebay--there are tons of knock-offs. Go with Inspired by Finn. Baltic Amber will last forever (recharge it in the sun) but hazelwood (for acidity aliments) wears out in 3-12 months

    ditto this.  I have them for both my kids from there.  DS is all done w/ teething but he loves it so i keep it on him.  hopefully it helps him w/ other things like headaches and growing pains.
