Here is kind of a follow up to this thread:

I am taking LO to a wedding and want to wear him in our ergo (or moby). He has a heat rash though which gets better when he is just in diapers + a light gauze cloth over him (or just diapers - its hot here) - so I am wondering what he should wear in the ergo, since esp with the infant insert it gets so warm! Kind of concerned... I think dh might wear him either way. Suggestions?
Re: How to dress baby for ergo OR moby wearing in the warm weather?
Thin t-shirt and diaper would be my go to.They have some really cute t-shirts.
But as a summer baby my DS rarely wore pants. Between diaper changes and wearing him in the wrap we just put him in super cute t-shits and cloth diapers for the most part. I mean he had cute outfits of course but day to day or on days we wore him in the hat the less clothes the better! I personally think babies cab get away with diaper and shirt...and they are adorable in that.
If you want his to still match or worried about her running around in shirt and diaper you can make it cute still. If you CD you can match her diaper (and the ones in the bag for the rest of the day) with his shirt. If you don't CD you can maybe get her a cute but thin diaper cover to go over his spoise.
If you really want to I would do a VERY thin summer playsuit. My son had a vintage one that was adorbale and super thin (almost see through cotton) and barely covered his diaper so it was not to much clothes. He stayed cool in that one.
Keep it thin and simple so she is not sweating.
And have fun!
