I dont understand why they couldnt wait until after the finale to lets us know that info!!!!! Anywho I kinda hope its Arizona I cant stand the way she talks and smiles at the same time!!
ETA: Maybe no one will die in the crash and it will end up being Hunt. He is truly the worst and I hate him as chief
Hopefully the whole show. If I have to watch just Lexi, Sloan, Arizona & Cali and the other 2 I can't stand, what's the point of the whole show?

Just want to clarify, do you mean resigned or re-signed? They are very different!
I read that they are RETURNING and they signed a contract for two more years, so none of those are leaving.
I read all of the originals resigned so they should be backed next season.

if it's someone else my money is still on April killing herself HOWEVER, now that she actually has a storyline, I can see them wanting to keep her around
season is supposed to end on a cliffhanger, so don't be surprised if we don't find out!

Yes, and it looked like she was pinned on the next episode. Watch someone not on the plane bite the dust just to throw us off.
What's her storyline? That her life is falling apart?
My DH was in the room yesterday for the ending and saw the preview for the finale and said "I'd never go to that hospital....wasn't there a rogue gun man there last May?" Made me laugh--I think that was 2 seasons ago, but May sure is rough at Seattle Grace.

If someone dies on the plane it's either going to be little Grey or Arizona (probbaly more so Arizona becuase she said something to Callie like, "promise you won't die on me") but I really think that everyone on the plane will be fine and something will happen back at the hospital and Kepner will die. She's so annying and her whole story line is done anyway.
I was convinced it was Kepner but now I am thinking Arizona too. Like a PP said, she made the comment to Callie about "never leaving". I think they were setting us up for her to leave Callie.
Also, does anyone else think Meredith might be pregnant? In the last episode she said she had the flu at the boards but I think they might find out she is pregnant after she gets checked out after this plain crash. However, I could be way off!

What about Avery? I can't recall if he was on the plane or not. My original thought was Kepner. I mean, what would her knew story be? They've made it pretty clear she is unemployable. It could be Karev since he's finally got his sh*t together and on top of the world. I don't think it's Arizona-they show her wedged under something in the preview and I doubt they'd give us a hint like that. The Hunt theory is good in order to get Cristina to stay and MerDer to stay too. But then again the crash could just be something that makes them all realize how much they need each other?
I really have no idea. I've been thinking about it all day though. I missed the previews from last week for this week so the crash thing caught me way off guard.
I thought that was Lexie wedged under the plane?? I also read that Richard and Bailey both re-signed their contracts also.
I was thinking that it would be April, but that might be too obvious. Maybe Lexie since she finally confessed to Sloan and he didn't get a chance to respond.
Or maybe it was foreshadowing when Callie and Arizona was talking, when Callie promised that she would never leave. Maybe Arizona will be the one- she is annoying to me

I didn't see that. I would rather it be Arizona that Lexie. But supposedly they say that the character is a "beloved" character. I would think that points to Lexie more that Arizona, but who knows.
Part of me thinks it'll be Arizona due to the obvious foreshadowing, however she was one of the focal points of last year's cliff hanger, so I have my doubts.
I think April committing suicide is the better choice (if we're taking bets). I don't think Grey's has ever done suicide.
I noticed that too! But I thought it was something like foreshadowing because I thought they showed him erasing Kerev's name twice. Not that I thought he was going to be the one.
PS...I used to LOVE Lost
