F/U to why isn't my kid starving?

I almost died from shock when  Nicholas ate 2 bowls of cottage cheese for dinner last night- with a spoon.   First of all, he hasn't eaten cottage cheese in months (used to eat it all the time, but he must have gotten sick of it) and second of all trying to get him to use an eating utensil is like pulling teeth.    He also had some strawberries.  

Of course he might not eat cottage cheese again for months, but hey at least he had some last night.

    I'm glad he decided to eat something!  I hope he keeps it up!

    At least now you know he won't starve himself :)

    LOL, earlier this week Mark claimed he didn't like broccoli even though he frequently eats it.  Last night he ate every piece on his plate without prompting.
