Hey all! For the past few nights, my body has been gearing up and I've been having contractions pretty much like clock work from 5pm thru 3am. They are not timeable and in no way make me think the real thing is starting but I think it's strange (and a total bummer) that it's only happening during those times.
Anyone else start off prelabor this way (with only nighttime contractions?)
Re: contractions only coming at night - common?
Mine do the same. I work on my feet all day so when I get home and have time to sit down they start up then phase out, then pick up again when I lay down to sleep.
Mine tend to come early in the morning at like 5:00 an then at night when I go to sleep, I will even wake up now with a couple bad BHs during the night. Of course nothing timeable etc.
Yep. They happen off and on all day, but in the evening they really kick into to gear. Last night, I was up with back pain that kept turning into contractions. I thought I was actually IN labor, but a bath made the back ache stop, an then the contractions backed off.
Yup, mine come mostly at night. I have a few here and there during the day that aren't very noticable, but they seem to kick in at night. Hopefully they will start doing something soon!
