Team Green Mom looking for name help

DH and I have finally decided on our names.  But we wanted to make sure that the initials don't spell anything horrible or that there's not some random famous person we don't know about that has the name.  So please let me know if you see anything about these names that will get the kid made fun of terribly.  We have two girl and two boy choices so we can see which fits the baby :)

 Girls:

ZEZ - Zoe Elizabeth Z (Zoe is Greek for life)

ALZ - Aletheia Lily Z (Aletheia is Greek for truth.  Pronounced al le THAY ah. We will call her Ali.)

 

Boys:

LJZ - Luke James Z

CJZ - Clark James Z

    I like the names you have picked.  I dont know of any celebrities etc who used the name.

    I love being Team Green, we have not really shared our names with anyone but on here.  DHs family is way to drama and opinionated and we really didnt want to listen to his Mom crying that we needed to use a certain name.

    Thanks!  DH and I are so not aware of pop culture or anything and so I figured this is a good place to get some extra eyes on our options. 

     

    We haven't told anyone we know in real life all our name choices.  My mom and sister know a few of our options but we have always kept it really low key because it's so much less likely for people to criticize the name when it's already attached to a cute baby :)

    The only thing I can think of is with Zoe. Since your last name is also a Z she could be called ZZ Top. Or when she signs her initials it could look like what people write for sleep (zzzz). Those may never happen of course.

    We actually had a friend suggest a ZZZ initials.  I guess we just have to make sure she's careful and makes it ZEZ.  Of course, I do love napping and hope my child is a great sleeper so maybe those almost initials will encourage her!  

     

    I suppose not to many young children will know ZZ top and even if they did, it probably wouldn't be a big problem.

     

    I'm glad that you don't see bigger problems!

    I prefer Zoe to Aletheia, largely because I'd envision it being a bit of a hassle to be clarifying/correcting spelling and pronunciation. I like the name Luke a lot!

    Thanks!  Yeah, Aletheia is a bit tricky, though if you sound it out, most people will guess pretty close.  Zoe is our top choice but we think Aletheia is pretty too.  Luke is our top boy choice :)

    My maiden name started with a Z and my brother and SIL had a hard time choosing names to go with it, so I feel ya.

    I like all of your names, but really love Aletheia!
