Never order from Orbelle!!!!!

Ugh I am so fed up with Orbelle! We ordered our crib on-line because we couldn't find a sleigh style crib around where we live. We ordered our dresser and changing table online also (different companies) and had absolutely no issues. So our crib comes on March 20, almost 2 months ago, and the front rail was cracked. We called Orbelle and e-mailed pictures with all of the information they asked for. It took 3 1/2 weeks before we got a replacement rail!!!

So, replacement rail comes, and it's not even the same size!!! We call, we e-mail pictures and information, then get told we have to ship both rails back to them before they'll send us a new rail. After a million phone calls since, I am still waiting for a new rail! I am so frustrated, I just want to get this nursery done. All that is left to do is put the front rail on the crib. Monday I was told it would be shipped Wednesday. Now today I was told they have to order the piece and it won't be shipped until Monday. I seriously just want to go somewhere around here and buy a different crib and send this one back.

The people in customer service have ALL been very rude and not helpful at all. If anybody is ever thinking about ordering from Orbelle, I highly suggest you don't. To anybody who has and had no problems, then I sure wish I were in your shoes lol.

    I can imagine your frustration. I would be incredibly livid!!  They should give you some money back on that crib for all the stress they caused you and your DH! Good luck!!

    Yea you would think so! But nothing! I definitely plan to write a lengthy e-mail to somebody higher up than the managers I've been talking to once this is all said and done. And have been spreading the word to anybody who will listen.
