Sometimes I seriously hate my body...
I've been taking OPKs for the past week, and they have all been super negative (if there is such a thing as a degree to which OPKs can be negative ). I'm talking about so negative you can't even see the test line. Then I wake up today to a temp spike (i.e. a typical post-O temp). I figure it couldn't hurt to take another OPK, and wouldn't you know...positive!!!!! I start hoping to myself that my CM will make the picture a little more clear, but the first time I checked it was a mix of creamy and watery (gee, that's helpful). And I just checked it again, and it was definitely creamy with a little glob of EWCM. Let's see, could I be more confused?!?!?!
I know none of you can help me, and only time will tell, but it annoys the crap out of me that I've been charting now for 14 freaking cycles, and I still can't figure out WTH my body is doing. And I would love to just have sex tonight to make sure our bases are covered, but chances are slim seeing as we have to drive 6 hours tonight after we both get off from work for my sister's graduation this weekend. We can definitely slip in some alone time tomorrow morning, but I'm afraid at that point it could be too late. Bleh...I hate TTCAL...
Re: Anyone have their ute googles handy?
Your most fertile CM is the one that "counts," so it would make sense for you to get a positive OPK today. The only weird thing is your temp spike, and one temp never means much; lots of factors can eff with our temps.
No advice, but definitely try to squeeze in a quickie today!
Hmm... my ute goggles are broken.
But if it were me, I'd definitely squeeze in a quickie before you head off on your 6 hour drive. Just in case.
