So my husband thinks that having sex once a month is the way to go because it "only takes one time". I have had a hard time trying to explain him otherwise and I don't know what to do. I an 34 years old and a little overweight. Anyone have any advice?

    No, no, no.  You are just supposed to stop trying and have faith, and your egg quality will magically improve, the sperm count will jump, and your uterus will cooperate.  Duh!
