TTC After a Loss

After 4 months w/o insurance...

I FINALLY am insured!!!!

Yay!!!

You have no idea how excited I am! And they are back-dating it to May 1st! And its cheaper than we thought (well kinda...the deductible went up a little)! And best of all....it means we can do IUI this upcoming cycle and not have to worry about being uninsured if I get pregnant!!!

On a completely random side note... I haven't even spoken to my RE since December and the last time I did he just said to call on CD1 to start the bloodwork  for our IUI. It has been so long that now I feel like maybe I should call and make sure he's still okay with that 5 months later!

  • Hooray!!  I just got a statement from my insurer in the mail saying they paid the hospital $7600 for my 1 day stay from my ectopic pg... That doesn't even include the $1000 in bills for all of the outpatient ultrasounds and doctors visits that I had.  I would be terrified to go through this without good insurance.  Glad that you got your coverage in time for this cycle! :)
