Until baby girl starts walking, there is no sense in spending a bunch of money on shoes. They serve no purpose except to protect the feet while in a stroller, etc and to keep socks on. Once she begins to walk you can jusitfy splurging a bit more since she will need shoes which encourage correct posture, etc for walking
I don't know where you are located, but Nordstrom Rack has really good prices on their baby shoes. Also, when Dillards has additional percentage off their clearance/mark downs you can get a really good deal.
Also, consider checking out Once Upon a Child. I didn't think of this until I was just there the other day and took a peek inside their bins. I found 2 brand new pairs of baby shoes for $1.50 each. They still had tags attached, etc. Some of the other pairs looked barely worn either...
I'm REALLY picky about DD and myself wearing used items... but I'd consider some of the pairs without tags too.

I went looking for some the other day...they were around $10! I can't imagine paying for them until LO is walking, and even then I think I'll have to check once upon a child. It's going to be hard to spend $$ on something he'll grow out of in a month or two.

Thanks Ladies, my family and I go to our kingdom hall meetings (which is church to most) twice a week so I dress her up often.......otherwise, I def wouldn't invest in them either.....thanks again!!
Pretty much anywhere. DH is in charge of buying LO shoes. He's a huge sneakerhead so he's a bit addicted to buying shoes. He's planning on turning LO into a sneakerhead as well . Which I don't see the point in doing. LO could care less about shoes.
