what's for dinner tonight?

And will your LO eat it?

I have Santa Fe chicken in the crockpothttps://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/02/crock-pot-santa-fe-chicken-425-pts.html  and my house smells so good.   I'll be serving it with cilantro lime rice(squeeze lime juice and chopped cilantro into cooked rice)

Both of my kids will devour this...they love any dish with beans and tomatoes.   My older guy has been very picky over dinner the past couple days so he better eat this!!!!!!

    Chicken adobo. It's a Filipino dish. LO LOVES it.

    OP - I made that for dinner a few weeks ago and LO looooved it!! Tonight I'm not so ambitious and we are having hot dogs and mac and cheese. Maybe cut up some cukes and other veggies just so I feel better about myself. LO will share, except for the hot dogs!

    Dh is having pot roast leftovers from last night.  Since lo had it today for lunch I gave him a cheese quesadilla with spinach along with applesauce for dinner.  All I want is popcorn so I may just have tha. Lol

    we've had it before and normally, they both love it.   But D has been turning nose up at stuff he normally loves the past couple days.   Last night I made a skillet lasagna that is one of his favorites and he declared it gross.   Sigh.   He's normally an awesome eater but he gets in these hunger strike moods every so often.

    DD will be having leftovers- stuffed belle peppers and zucchini.  We are having Chinese chicken salad that a friend is bringing for dinner (I'm just making dessert) but DD is eating/going to bed before they arrive.

    C and I are having baked tilapia and steamed veggies.  MH will have bacon wrapped pork filets and veggies.  He doesn't like that I serve fish about 4 times a week.

    so despite me making his plate look cute and fun, D took one bite and said yuck.   I hate it when he gets like this.   At least the baby inhaled everything on his tray.
