numbers?

Hi all! I had my u/s and b/w yesterday for my first time on this round of injections. It was CD10 and my estrogen was 190. I had 4 follicles (17, 14, 12, 12). I was told to continue with 75iu of follistim for 2 more days. Anyone else have similar numbers on day 10? My RE office said it was all good, but I thought i'd see what ya'll have to say since you're all in this first hand! Thanks!

 

 

8/09 DS born, pregnant 1st try with him...he's perfect. 8/10 BFP, 1st try...Blighted Ovum. D&C 10/10. 4/11 BFP...Chemical Pregnancy. 5/12 BFP...FHR 110 at 7 weeks, measured only 6 weeks. No heartbeat at 8 weeks. Miscarriage. 3 IUI cycles with clomid. all BPN. 4th IUI cycle with injectables (follistim 75iu & ovidrel). BFP, ending in miscarriage.

    I'm not sure about your E2 but your follie numbers/sized look great!  In another 2 days you should be looking at some good follies!

    thanks for the input! My RE said the E2 # was right on track for CD10. I'm not sure about E2 numbers, but keep thinking i've read other people saying theirs is like 1500 or something? i must be misreading.

    My E2 was 1800 when I triggered for this cycle. I had 8a follies over12mm. The typical rule of thumb is 200 for every mature follie. So, on trigger day you should be around 700 or so. If it's lower, it couldmean that not all of your follies have an egg. Which is fine since youhave 4. I think if ur doc says it's good, I would trust him. Good luck!

    haha! i see, i suppose that would make sense, since i have 1 at 17 (close to mature) and the others wouldn't be yet. it was only day 10, so they said 2 more days of follistim, then check numbers again tomorrow (day 12). they're thinking i'll trigger either day 12 or 13 (hopefully with more mature follies). What day did you trigger?

    I trigger on CD 12. Mine always matured a bit faster. But, everyone is different! I started stims on CD 2 this month.

    thanks lil... that makes sense. i didn't start follistim until cycle day 5, so that all adds up. :)

    I have only done 1 cycle on injectables.

    CD11 I don't have my E2 level but my lining was 7, follies R-8mm L-11,12,13

    I triggered on CD14 and my levels were...R- nada L- 18, 17.5, 14.5 lining 10 E2=779 LH 15.

    I got Jericho that cycle. Good luck!!!
