Naturally Smart vitamins for men

My RE suggested my husband take these and I think it made a difference.  At our IUI yesterday and today she pointed out that his sperm count was way up from where it had been when he first gave his sample for a SA.  I don't know if it had to do with the vitamins but that is the only thing that he did differently.  Just thought I would point it out in case you haven't heard of them.  They are pricey but I think worth it.

    Nice to know, hadn't heard. Pricey hardly surprises me, as everything with IF is expensive! lol

    Taking a good multi vitamin is always a good idea (TTC or not) but the vitamins/supplements won't affect his sperm until he has been taking them for a couple months (I believe it takes 72 days to make sperm....correct me if I'm wrong)

    But either way, that's awesome that his count was high for your IUI! Good luck to you!
