Since I am feeling sentimental...(PIPs)

Yesterday my little girls turned one! I can't even believe how quickly time is flying. Anyway, I was going through some pictures of the early days and thought I would share a little then and now.

I just can't believe how little they used to be. It is so crazy how quickly they grow. Anyone else want to share some then and nows?

    D@mmit RLH, this is making me tear up. I remember Martin being in the NICU, all corded up. He was so tiny! How early were your girls?

    This is him his 3rd or 4th day in the NICU. My siggy pic shows him now. :)

    Aww. He is such a little cutie pie. They were 33 weekers. How old was Martin? I think one of my favorite memories was when I was holding Abby the day she was coming home, and she was off of her leads, and DH asked me to go get something, and I was like "Ummm I'm holding a baby so I am attached to the wall." Then I realized I could walk around with my baby like a normal person.

    He was 34 weeks to the day. :) My favorite memory was showing up to the hospital for a visit, only to find out that they were releasing him that day. I was surprised because he'd had a relapse on his feeding due to his circ, and it had only been 24 hours. When the nurse left to gather his things, I cried lol. Then I got to surprise my mom at the airport, who had purchased her ticket 3 weeks earlier when I was diagnosed with pre-e, with baby in hand. Hee hee. It was pretty awesome.

    Maybe it's the hormones but both your pics made me cry! Happy birthday little ones! (And of course, Martin is adorable too!)

    Awwww.... Happy Birthday Abby & Lil!! 

    The boys will be a year this Saturday, so I'll dig up some memories as well. They were born at 36 weeks & were a lb. & an inch apart. Gavin roomed with us, but Gage was sent to the NICU since he was under 5 lbs.

    This is me right out of recovery holding Gavin for the 1st time. I was so sleepy I hardly remember this.

    My 1st time holding Gage in the NICU. I didn't get to see him until the 2nd evening. :( Having 2 in different places made it SO hard!

    Getting ready to come home. We still had to "pack" them in with rolled blankets since they were so small.
