30 Weeks - Finally! * With mini rant

I am so excited to feel like I am in the home stretch! I only have about 9 weeks to go (SCS). How is everyone else doing thus far. I am so far behind on everything. My DH lost his job 3 weeks ago and his place of employment didn't pay into unemployment (which means that my husband isn't able to receive any) Crying I am super stressed about that now! Living on my income isn't easy... Anywho... Rant over!

As I was saying, I am so far behind on buying actual nursery stuff for my DS. I have a shower on the 26th, so I am sure that everything will be fine! Smile

    Our money situatuon hasn't been the most ideal either, since my husband works construction and we've had a lot of rain days and he hurt his foot.

    My shower is this weekend and I am hoping/praying for some good stuff. I have also have friends JUST recently come around and ask me if I needed things that they have to give me. So, hang in there!

    Sorry to hear about your DH job loss. It is stressful. I was laid off when I was 23 weeks - I still can not get over it. Hopefully he will find a job soon.  I am almost 31 weeks and getting the feeling that it is a homestretch - only 5 weeks till full term! As for the preparation everything will come to place - just make sure you have a car seat and most of the nessecities at least 4 weeks before the due date.
