I never wore DS very much because I didn't need to. Having just one, I was able to get what I needed to get done during his naps and didn't mind holding him the rest of the time. Now with two, I NEED to figure out this babywearing thing. I feel like DD's head isn't supported when she is in the Moby. I'm always afraid her neck is going to snap back unless I have my hand there all the time, but sometimes I need both hands to help DS with something. Am I doing something wrong with the wrapping? I'm pretty sure I'm following the instructions exactly and the rest f her body feels secure, but her head just isn't supported. Any tips for this?

Re: Moby Wrap--what am I doing wrong?
Yeah, I've googled lots of tips/tricks. I try to push her head to the side, but she just pops it back out. She won't rest it on my chest either, but rather will lift it up and try to look around. Maybe I just need to deal with it until she falls asleep and then I can position her better? Although that kind of defeats the purpose of wearing her to get my hands free while she is awake.
Do you have her high enough? I found when wearing DS if I got it so his chest was on my boobs he kind of curled around me. And even when he lifted his head to look around he would just put it back down my chest.
You may not be doing anything wrong. From your description that you are doing what videos show, it sounds like you are on the right track. But, it is hard to tell from just what you've written. Feel free to post a pic.
Remember that the back of baby's neck is not fused like an adults is. While it would be miserable for us to go about the day with our head flopped back, it is perfectly comfortable to a baby. If it wasn't, he or she would move it or let you know. It is more of a busybody problem than a "real" problem (meaning those know-it-all strangers who actually don't know may say something, but that is the only downside).
The only other thing I can offer is to make sure that your "cumberbund" goes all the way up to the nape of baby's neck and is reasonably snug.
