I did for a while. I pretty much have all of my feeling back now. My sister says hers is still numb and her LO is two and a half. My MIL had a hysterectomy 25 years ago and hers is still numb. I think it is different for everyone, but it is all pretty much normal.
Mine isn't completely numb but I don't have full feeling back either. The left side of my incision feels like what your mouth feels like when the novacaine is wearing off after dental work. It's getting better, but it's still annoying.
I was numb for about a year afterwards and then it started to get better. Now that I am pregnant again I have notcied the area feels really numb once more.
I am 21 month out from my first c-section and two weeks away from my second and I sill have numbness from mine. My mother who had me 29 years ago still has numbness around hers. My cousin had her daughter 3 years ago and still has numbness as well.
I think it is something that will always be there to some extent. At least for me.
My son is 21 months and I still feel numbness. I think it is normal.
PPD/PPA Mom...it has been super hard, but I'm making it! Slow steps... Mom to Carter (6), and Calianne (1). Proud VBAC, natural birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering momma!
