tdap shot reaction-swollen lymph nodes

I just got the tdap shot at my doctor's office last Thursday and my left arm is SO sore!  But what freaked me out on Saturday, is I noticed a sore marble sized lump above my left collar bone.  I checked online and found out there is a lymph node there.  Has anyone else had this reaction?  Should I call my doctor back?

    I honestly have not felt "right" since I got the injection at the hospital before being released with DS2.  I can't seem to find any research to support anything though.  I don't know if it's just my body or what.  I mean, yes--your body is going to react sometimes to a vaccine, especially while pregnant--so that makes sense.  It certainly wouldn't hurt to call your doc.

    Vaccines are supposed to cause an immune reaction!  It is normal to have some swollen hymph nodes, it means it is working.
