Hey ladies, I don't post a whole lot here, but I do lurk and respond to a lot of your posts. I had my baby girl, Lydia Claire, the day before my due date on 4.30.12. She was 7 lbs, 7 oz and 20 1/4 inches long. She had a dramatic entrance into the world, being born by emergency c-section, with her cord wrapped around her neck FIVE times. All is well now, and we are both doing great. ![]()
Good luck to all of you still waiting! ![]()

Congrats! My first DD was born at 34w6d also.
Thank you everyone!
Right? I think every nurse or doctor heard of her story while we were there and told us how lucky we were or that they had never heard of it being wrapped 5 times. It was pretty unnerving considering our previous loss. I'm just happy she's here and healthy and that my doctor made the very quick decision to deliver her.
