38 week appt yesterday...

I thought for sure I was getting an internal, but I didn't. She said next week. But with that, she said if I was 1 1/2 cm and 50% effaced two weeks ago, I was probably at least 2cm dilated and more effaced now considering the amount of contractions I've had, as well as losing my MP.  I know it wouldn't have mattered if I progressed further, but I just wanted to know what was going on down there.

The baby had been quiet yesterday, which I told her. When she put the doppler on my belly, her hb was a bit slow. The midwife pushed her around and got two good accelerations, so she said no need to send me for a NST. Phew! I was still worried though!

Now we wait until my next appt. next Tuesday. Next Friday is my last day of work, so I really hope she decides to come next week.  :)

    Glad you appointment went well and you didn't have to go for the NST.
