NSAIFR-Recommend your stick vaccum

I have two cats who are not allowed in my bedroom. However, I track their fur in on my shoes and my bedroom rug is always covered and it is getting harder to sweep it completely clean.

Can you recommend a nice but cheap stick vaccuum? Considering I will literally only be using it for the one rug, I don't want to spend to much.

TIA

Re: NSAIFR-Recommend your stick vaccum

  • We have a Eureka cordless stick vacuum and it works great on dog hair on our area rug.   The handle detaches, too, so you can also use it like a dust buster on furniture.  I don't remember the specific name, but it is yellow and black.  I got it on Amazon but I have also seen it at Bed Bath and Beyond.

  • We have a Hoover power nozzle that I like. Don't know how it would be for pet hair, tho.
