I am sorry if this has been asked before but I was wondering...I am currently wait for 1st AF after miscarriage..I wanted to count back the days to see how long it has been to make sure I have accurate info do - I start the day I first started bleeding from my miscarriage , do I start the day I actually passed baby, or do I start the day I had my D&C..

I started bleeding March 28 - lost baby March 30 - had D&C April 4

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :)

    For me, AF was different every time. I don't know if it matters a ton which day you count, since everything is pretty close together. I know when I took the cytotec, AF came 28 days after I passed everything. After the d&c, it was about 5 1/2 weeks after the procedure. After my second loss and d&c, I ovulated 2 weeks after the procedure...it all varies. Sorry, I don't think this response was much help!

    BFP #6 – January 2013, m/c March 2013
    No longer TTC. Diagnosis: Hostile ute. Heartbroken and bitter. Pursuing surrogacy.
    June 2013 - Carrier found! Could this really happen?!

    I started counting from the day of my D&C. The first time it was 46 days, the second time it was 28.

    I would say count it from your D&C. Mine has been 62 days and I still have not seen AF!
    BFP #1: 12/26/11, EDD 09/05/12; m/c discovered: 02/22/12 @ 12w u/s,
    D&C: 03/08/12 Waited for AF for 146 long days!
    Hysteroscopy/D&C on July 10th to fix blocked cervix (DX: Cervical Stenosis)
    BFP #2 12/8/12, EDD 08/21/13 Our rainbow arrived 08/24/13!

    Im not a pro at this stuff but I would start counting from the day of your D&C. It occurred last in that series of events, right? Just my opinion, FWIW.

    Did you bleed a lot before Mar 30? If so, I'd start counting as of 28th, otherwise 30th. Normally CD1 = full on red flow.

    I started bleeding on March 28 and bled heavy like it was a full period even after I passed baby I still bled until my D&C once I had the procedure it stopped- ???

    My Dr. is telling me if I have not seen AF in 2 weeks to take a test? I am not sure why ??
